Welcome to Jarrahdale
Jarrahdale is one of the State's oldest settlements, set in the Darling Range and surrounded by peaceful bushland. The town is only an hour south of Perth and thirty minutes south of Armadale or east of Rockingham. Come for a walk in the bush, a picnic, a mountain bike ride or just enjoy a coffee in the hills. There are many ideas on this website, maintained by the Jarrahdale Heritage Society.
The Old Post Office Museum is a good place to start your visit. There are many interesting research tools in our Museum, collections of family facts and photographs, things to amaze and remind you of our past. Many of the walks start from this point. Social events, sporting events and things to keep the children amused..... call in and enjoy our museum run by friendly and helpful volunteers.
