Jarrahdale Heritage Society has won acclaim for its interesting exhibitions and this new display is no exception. 

The Museum has recently undergone extensive renovations, new roof, brilliant new paint job and and a new exhibition for you to enjoy.

First Timber Town

This exhibition brings together interesting facts, artifacts and photographs from the very early days of Jarrahdale - First Timber Town.

Visit the museum on weekends or public holidays between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.  Alternatively, if you would like to make a special visit, members of the Society will be more than happy to open the museum – contact us either via our website www.jarrahdale.com or telephone Di Henniker on 9525 5161.

BLOOMING ROCKS
The good winter rains should provide excellent conditions for wildflowers.  The granite outcrops should be stunning this year with verticordias, droseras, hibbertia, daviesia and many more plants for you to enjoy with our knowledgeable guides.
Bring a picnic - very good spot to enjoy the great outdoors.

Meet with our guides at the Old Post Office Museum for a 10.30 am start. Dont forget to bring insect repellant, weather protection and sturdy walking shoes.

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 5 - GHOST WALK
Meet some notable pioneers who will be celebrating weddings, birthdays and other important events from Jarrahdale's past.  Bring the family,picnic or sausage sizzle available - 6.00 pm.  The walk is approximately 4kms - stroll through Jarrahdale, bring a torch.  We do ask for donation $5.00 per adult or $10.00 for a family.  Raffles.
