2013
Jarrahdale Heritage Society has won acclaim for its interesting exhibitions and this new display is no exception. 

The Museum has recently undergone extensive renovations, new roof, brilliant new paint job and and a new exhibition for you to enjoy.

First Timber Town

This exhibition brings together interesting facts, artifacts and photographs from the very early days of Jarrahdale - First Timber Town.

Visit the museum on weekends or public holidays between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.  Alternatively, if you would like to make a special visit, members of the Society will be more than happy to open the museum – contact us either via our website www.jarrahdale.com or telephone Di Henniker on 9525 5161.

  Have you ever wondered about the POW Camps? 
This easy 11 km walk will take you from Jarrahdale to the Balmoral Road Camp along the old timber rail tracks.
Alternatively drive to the site and explore the ruins and surrounding forest. 

Meet at the Old Post Office Museum for prompt take off at 10:30 am. 
Bring a snack, weather protection and good walking shoes.
Donations for trail upkeep appreciated.

Prior to the walk - Visit the Jarrahdale Markets, Support the local Fire Brigade with breakfast; Have a look at the Musuem.
